REPRESENTATIVE Jorge “Patrol” Bustos of Patrol Partylist led Monday’s (December 13) turnover of a new fire truck unit to the Macabebe Fire Station from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) National Headquarters.
BFP-Central Luzon Director Roderick Aguto and BFP Pampanga Fire Chief Inspector Christopher Lumiwes were present during the turnover.
The new fire truck was received by Macabebe Mayor Bobong Flores and the Macabebe Fire Station led by Senior Fire Officer 3 Roy Pangilinan.
Flores said the local government is very grateful for the new fire truck donated by BFP trough the office of Chief BFP-Fire Director Louie Puracan with the help of Senator Bong Go and Bustos.
The fire truck is expected to strengthen the force and uplift the morale of men and women in BFP in fulfilling their duty to lead the prevention and response during fires and other disasters. (Chris Navarro)
